How this static KUVOQ Labs demonstration is designed to handle information. Review and adapt this notice before deploying additional analytics, forms or AI services.
1. Website operation
The supplied website is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It does not include its own analytics, account registration, server-side database or AI API integration. Your hosting provider may process visitor information (such as IP addresses and access logs) according to its own policies.
2. Interactive sandbox
The workflow simulator runs locally in the visitor's browser. Input text is processed with JavaScript keyword rules and fixed response templates. The included code does not send sandbox text to KUVOQ Labs, OpenAI, Anthropic or another model provider. The session history is held in page memory and disappears on refresh. Exporting results creates a file locally on the visitor's device.
3. Preferences and third-party resources
The light/dark display preference is saved in browser local storage using the key kuvoq-theme. The website loads two font families from Google Fonts, meaning the browser contacts Google's font service. Before launch, fonts can be self-hosted or removed if your privacy requirements call for that.
4. Email contact
Selecting an email link opens the visitor's email app. If a message is sent to admin@kuvoq.cloud, the contents will be processed by the email provider and the recipient for the purpose of responding.
5. Future functionality
If KUVOQ Labs introduces accounts, telemetry, real AI processing or a hosted SaaS application, this notice must be updated to explain what is collected, the purposes, data retention and relevant rights before those services launch.
